Alex Ugorji’s Twitter thread gives a beautiful view of how the community came together to decorate the park for Christmas.
Christmas🎄is a time when communities come together and ZEDE Morazán is no exception!

For this week's Morazán Monday (a weekly series on Ciudad Morazan / Bootstrap City) we’ll explore some of the ways Christmas brings the Ciudad Morazán community together! 🎅 pic.twitter.com/CkI2O5j9M2
Like most places in Honduras, people love to gather around Christmas. But unlike most places in Honduras, it is possible to gather outside well into the night without fear! Many residents are taking advantage of this unique Ciudad Morazán benefit this holiday season!

Another thing residents have been taking more advantage of is Morazán’s central park. Taking inspiration from other great public parks, Morazán decided to put up decorations to allow residents to better enjoy the space during the holiday season!
But unlike most other places, Morazán invited the community to participate in the decorations! 🎄

Thanks, Alex, for a great thread!

I am Joyce Brand, Governance Architect.
My work documents and maps the structural conditions that enable voluntary, contractual governance to deliver durable prosperity—observed in real zones like Ciudad Morazán, where aligned incentives have produced security, entrepreneurship, and community flourishing despite political hostility.
Just as personal resilience emerges from deliberate, aligned choices (reversing long-term health challenges through disciplined action), jurisdictional antifragility arises from substrates designed to withstand pressure.
