Ciudad Morazán recently came alive with the laughter and joy of its youngest residents as the community celebrated Children’s Day, a day dedicated to the innocence and wonder of childhood. This celebration was not just a day of fun and games; it was a heartwarming display of the community’s commitment to cherishing and nurturing its future generations.
The children, with their carefree spirits and infectious smiles, were the stars of the day. Their happiness radiated throughout Ciudad Morazán. It was a day that reminded us all of the importance of fostering a supportive and joyful environment for our children.
As we wrapped up this fantastic celebration, it was evident that Día del Niño was a reflection of the community’s heart and soul. A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone in Ciudad Morazán, especially the little ones, for making this Children’s Day an unforgettable experience. Here’s to many more years of celebrating the magic and potential of our children.
Two Morazán residents who were there may have said it best: (https://twitter.com/AlexUgorji_/status/1700879797054796002)
Alex Ugorji: “I want to thank everyone in Morazán for an amazing Children’s Day celebration
Especially the children. Your happiness and carefree attitude is infectious. It makes us feel young again and brings back hope that anything is possible! You are our future. Happy Día del Niño!”
Mark Edge: “This event was such an inspiration. I especially loved the boys’ and girls’ piñatas.”
CEO Of Morazan Model Association
I am a woman who is passionate about freedom. I understand that freedom is an overused and misunderstood word. By freedom, I mean responsibility — specifically the responsibility of living without allowing any self-proclaimed rulers to make my moral judgments for me. A coercive government can impose negative consequences on me for disobeying its edicts, but I am free to the extent that I recognize my own responsibility for the risks I choose to take in following my own moral judgments. That is what it means to live free in an unfree world.
The label that I use to describe myself is voluntaryist because it is the clearest word I can think of to describe my most important belief — that all interactions between human beings should be voluntary. There is never any moral justification for the initiation of violence or coercion. The Morazan Model Association explores the implications of that core belief.
